ReplyDeleteOne latest information: The euro pay MDs got bail. The Police Department is listing the complaints. In the Police Commissioner's Office, they said that only Investment amount minus earned amount will be repaid. Further the police people says that only those who are having evidence for their deposits made in the Euro Pay Associates is entitled to receive the amount. The complaints without evidence will be rejected by police.
Now, I ask that what about the computer of the euro pay associates. All accounts are maintained in the computer. Now the MD says that the computers are taken over by Police, but the Police peoples say that the MDs are hide the all informations by shifting the hard disks of the Computers.
In the circumstances stated above, nobody will get money without the proof of deposits made.
At the same time so many of us are not having any proof for deposits made in the Euro Pay Associates. Further, many of us are not give police complaint also.
The above matters show that the MDs are not ready to settle the amount to all of us. They are trying to cheat us.
So we all will come under one roof with full cooperation to take legal action in this matter.
I request you all to post your opinions regarding this matter and what to do further?

ReplyDeleteRegarding court expenditure I want to give one suggestion. If a euro pay customer who residing at Chennai may ready to take charge of the court proceedings against MDs of Europayassociates. I am ready to give my share of the court expenditure.
At first we may fix an amount as follows:
1. For one ID Rs.100/-
2. For 2 IDs Rs.150/-
3. For 3 IDs Rs.200/-
4. For 4 IDs Rs.250/-
5. For 5 IDs Rs.300/-
6. For 10 IDs Rs.600/-
7. For 15 IDs Rs.900/-
8. For 20 IDs Rs.1200/-
9. For 25 IDs
and above Rs.1500/-
10.Further help may kindly be made by any of us those who are financially well.
If anybody is not come forward to do this work, I will take responsible to take legal action.
Please think it over that the MDs of Euro Pay are really not going to settle the amount to all of us.Now we may come to a conclusion that they are cheating us and they will not ready to settle the amount to all of us. It is very clear.
So please make your comments in this regard after thinking or consulting an advocate. Thanking you all.

ReplyDeleteXerox copies of evidences having yourself must be attached with the police complaint. If police summoned you to pay your money, then you must go along with the originals. Further you must show the photo id also. Then only you will get your amount. Otherwise your claim will be rejected by Police. As such above the police people are saying.

ReplyDeleteI really want to share my ideas with you. As of now I have not given complaint to cbe office since there is a problem for me to approach directly to coimbatore as iam residing at Madurai - since iam affected by sternum pectus extavatim.
Also, i have enough proof as u said, photo copies of 6 id's, dd receipt, courier receipt.
pls advice me whether shall i send the complaint thru courier to commisoner office at coimbatore. If is it possible, i will do the same, or otherwise what shall i do. pls adivice me in this regards - also is there any chance to get our hardearned money from the great fradulent MD's.

The police says that the MDs are where about not known. The police people are returning the Police complaints which are sending through tapal from distant places. This is complaint against the police department at Coimbatore from our euro pay customers. Further Now the police says that the payment may be made after 4 months time.
Now the MDs are absconding. Now we what to do?
